The clinic approached us to create their first website, with the clear direction of positioning Dr. Amirah at the forefront, while still highlighting the broader scope of services available as a GP clinic. The Challenge

Identifying the gap.

Before working with us, Nurah Mediclinic had no website, making it difficult for patients to find accurate, detailed information about their services or branches. Patients searching online for fertility or women's care in Puncak Alam or Klang couldn't find the clinic, leaving a gap in visibility and discoverability. Since many patients are attracted by Dr.

Amirah's profile, the absence of an official platform limited her ability to showcase her special interests in women's health and fertility. Another challenge was operational: with two branches, patients often expected to see Dr. Amirah in both locations at the same time, which isn't possible.

Relying too heavily on her personal branding risked creating disappointment if she wasn't available at a particular branch. The clinic needed a website that showcased Dr. Amirah as the face of the clinic while also establishing Nurah Mediclinic's credibility as a whole.

At the same time, we structured the site to emphasize Nurah Mediclinic's role as a comprehensive GP clinic, ensuring that services like family care, preventive health, and general consultations are clearly communicated.

To support both branches, we created dedicated sections for Puncak Alam and Klang, including contact details, maps, and links to their social media channels. This ensured patients could easily find and connect with the right branch. The design direction was kept simple, modern, and patient-focused, aligning with the clinic's brand identity.
